Built for the Environments Where Human Access Ends
Pacific AUV was founded by engineers and operators from the defense and offshore industries with a single mission: to build autonomous underwater systems capable of sustained operations in the world's most demanding maritime environments.
Advancing Maritime Autonomy for Defense and Industry
The ocean remains one of the least understood and most operationally challenging environments on earth. Surface vessels are expensive, slow, and expose personnel to risk. Satellites cannot see below the surface. Existing underwater systems are either too limited in endurance or too complex to deploy at scale.
Pacific AUV was built to change that. Our platform combines advanced autonomy, modular sensor architecture, and proven maritime engineering to deliver persistent underwater capability to defense forces, government agencies, and commercial operators worldwide.
We design for the mission first — every system decision is driven by operational requirements, not laboratory benchmarks. Our vehicles are built to be deployed from small boats, operated by non-specialist crews, and maintained in the field.
Every engineering decision is driven by operational requirements. We build for the field, not the laboratory.
Maritime environments are unforgiving. Our systems are designed to operate without failure in conditions that defeat lesser equipment.
Advanced capability should not require specialist operators. Our systems are designed for rapid deployment by trained military and commercial crews.
The threat environment and operational requirements evolve. Our modular architecture ensures the platform evolves with them.
